Up to 150 guests

Step into a storybook ambiance with our colonial-style gazebo nestled in the midst of our enchanting tropical garden. This picturesque setting, designed for Miami Beach weddings, can host up to 150 seated guests for your ceremony, offering additional room on the adjacent Trellis for added flexibility.

Beach

Up to 200 guests

Embark on your journey as a couple in Miami Beach with an exceptional wedding ceremony staged right on the sandy shores. This sought-after outdoor location offers a stunning backdrop for up to 200 guests, pending approval from the city permitting authorities.

Grand Tiki

Up to 200 guests

Situated at the rear of the resort, The Grand Tiki boasts a vantage point overlooking the South Lawn. Offering generous areas both covered and uncovered, this outdoor venue is ideal for hosting garden breakfasts or brunches, cocktail parties, and sophisticated dinner functions.

Veranda Terrace

Up to 180 guests

With views of the gardens, this spacious covered terrace has been crafted for refined dinner parties, lively cocktail receptions, and delightful al fresco brunches. The Veranda Terrace, directly accessible from the Queen Palm room, has the capacity to accommodate up to 180 of your dearest friends and family for a reception or 120 guests seated for a meal.

South Lawn

Up to 200 guests

The Palms’ lush South Lawn provides an ideal setting for dining beneath the warmth of the sun or the twinkle of the stars. Paired with their poolside cabanas and tiki huts, it becomes a versatile space to accommodate additional guests. In this tropical garden environment, they can host receptions for up to 200 individuals or arrange seating for 150 guests during a meal.

Pool Deck

Up to 80 guests

Nestled within the vibrant tropical gardens adorned with colorful orchids and palms, this terrace adorned with umbrellas offers an ideal setting for intimate poolside gatherings. Accommodating up to 40 seated guests for a meal or up to 80 individuals during a reception, it provides a charming and inviting atmosphere.

Restaurant Pool Terrace

Up to 60 guests

An elegant outdoor lounge area, this covered terrace, inspired by Caribbean style and adorned with rattan seating and vibrant cushions, provides a stylish setting for up to 60 guests. It's perfect for cocktail receptions, pre-event drinks, and intimate gatherings.

Trellis

Up to 50 guests

Perfect for more intimate occasions, this beloved location is well-suited for welcome cocktails, rehearsal dinners, and post-nuptial brunches. The Trellis is capable of hosting up to 30 guests for a seated meal or accommodating up to 50 guests for receptions.

Guest Accommodation and Activities

The Palms Hotel and Spa offers accommodations for both the couple and their guests. This convenience ensures that everyone can stay in one central location, streamlining event coordination.

Complimentary Ocean Front Room for the Bride & Groom for the night of the Wedding with a minimum of 50 adult guests contracted at full Package price

Spa Indulgences: Given its name, The Palms Hotel and Spa may provide spa services. This could serve as an enticing option for pre-wedding relaxation and beauty preparations, allowing you to pamper yourself before the big day.

Weddings costs

Location fee: $1600 

This fee includes white wood-style folding chairs and a table for the officiate. Beach ceremony includes white folding chairs and cloth towel/water station at Boardwalk. Arch provided by contracted florist at an additional cost.

Dinner Reception: $242 per person (Based on 3 hours)

This includes Tables, banquet chairs, table cloths, napkins, votive candles, 8’ x 16’ stage (if needed), dance floor, all tables for DJ, cake, place cards, gifts, etc. 

Parking:

Discounted valet parking at $20 per car for non-overnight guests 

Deposit:

A non refundable $1,000 deposit is required to secure date and space

All prices are subject to 25% Service charge and 9% Miami Beach F&B Tax
